This pawty hat is made from soft polyester with a felt like finish and comes with 5 candles on top of the hat! The base colour of the hat is Pink or Blue (Select Below) and the candles are a mix of assorted colours.
It includes "Happy Birthday" written in rainbow font. These are re-usable hats which means save them for years to come and reuse them!
These hats stay in place with a typical tightening string. Perfect for any size breed (for cats refer to our Pom Pom style hats as these may be on the heavier side for felines).
